Tutankhamun's Treasures - The King on a Bier

Wooden Osiride Recumbent Figure of Tutankhamun on a Bier
Wood, Gold Leaf
Reign of Tutankhamun 1336-1326 BCE
Grand Egyptian Museum #3150 (Previously JE 60720)
"The carved mummy wrappings and bands on the figure and the lion head and feet on the bed all provide protection from supernatural forces."
Rather fuzzy photo, but we can see one of the birds is a human-headed Ba figure.
The Global Egyptian Museum record indicates that this piece is 42.2 cm (or roughly 16 1/2 inches) long.

This photo of a photo by A DeLuca shows the wings from the falcon and Ba bird wrap protectively around the King. (T.G.H. James, Tutankhamun, Metro books/White Star 2000) page 132)
