New Project: Energetic Ankh

The goal is to make the ankh look like it's pulsing with energy...
(Now I'm considering the background, in which I aim to have the ankh appear in a big flash of brilliance...)

I do believe the ankh looks like it's pulsing with energy!

It wasn't long before I got inspired to do a 'peaceful' ankh.

This is the scan of the original piece, color inverted.

Fortunately, I have some navy canvas:

However, the blue is not the same color as the color inversed image.
I won't be able to duplicate that image entirely:

As long as the turquoise ankh conveys peacefulness, I will be content.
