This is a sidereal chart, using the zodiac of the time of Hipparchos. She said it means we're very near the 'age of Aquarius'. There's some trines going on, Jupiter is rising and the moon is passing the meridian. Julia uses 'house centered cusps'.
There is a trine with Sun, Mercury and lunar node; a sextile with Mercury and moon; and a Venus/Jupiter sextile. The 'blue line' is opposition of Mars and Uranus. Pluto is in the 6th house.
